Joint Planning Commission Member Re:  reappointment with Denton Twp.    Motion by Stevenson, support by Akin, to reappoint Steve Nielsen to the Joint PC for a term beginning 12-31-09 through 12-31-2012.  All Yes, Motion Carried

Fire Dept-Request extension on leave of absence.  Motion by Akin, support by Stevenson, to grant 6 month extension for leave of absence for Mike Oster with no pay or benefits.  All Yes, Motion Carried

Michigan Assessors Assoc Membership  Motion by Stevenson, support by Akin, to authorize membership to the MI Assessors Assoc for assessor and assistant at a cost not to exceed $90.00.  Amended motion by Hose, support by Stevenson, for cost not to exceed $150.00.  All Yes, Motion Carried
