fields.  Motion by Hose, support by Stevenson, to authoirze the Houghton Lake Men's Slo-pitch Softball League use of Dutcher Softball Complex, Fields #1 and #2, with league on Mondays and Wednesdays from May through August for the 2010 season.  Tournament dates are July 31st and August 1st and August 21st and 22nd.  Said approval is conditional upon proper insurance, deposit for tournaments and by Akin, support by Hose, to authorize slow-children playing sign in  Questview Estates off Knapp Rd.  All Present Yes, Motion Carried.  Discussion:  The request was also for a speed sign in which Supervisor Randall told the representative from Questview that this would require a speed study which takes some time and is through the Road Commission and State Police.</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD years of service to Roscommon Township and it's residents.  Andrea has worn many hats during her 10 years of service here and she will be sorely missed.  All Present Yes, Motion Carried</div> </tD> Board Members to attend the MTA Spring District Meeting in Houghton Lake on May 13, 2010 for a cost not to exceed $89 each.  All Present Yes,  Motion Carried  Disc:  If 3 or more are registered, the for Assessing.  Motion by Stevenson, support by Hose, to authorize Assessor and Assistant to attend the BS&A training for the .net system for a cost of $195.00 each, plus mileage and shared housing. the local Government Coalition Intervention against Consumers Energy Rate Increase for a cost not to exceed $150.00.  All Present Yes, Motion Carried</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 76 WIDTH="905"><div> MDOT has rejected allowing RCRC & Roscommon Township to do a reasonable upgrade to the traffic signal at M-55 & Loxley and are stating the cost could be over $100,000.  The Road Commission and the Township are poised to fight this battle for our residents and businesses and will be setting up meetings in the very near future.  If you are willing to serve on this committee,
