The 1st of March delinquent 2009 Summer and Winter taxes will be transferred to the county and must be paid there.</div> <div>                                                      <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Wingdings 2" >gh</FONT></div> <div> Dog and cat licenses are available here until the end of February.  Bring proof of rabies shot with you.  The fee for Non-senior owners is $10 for intact dog or cat & $5 for spayed or neutered.  Senior owners age 62 + is $10 intact and $2 for spayed or neutered.</div> <div>                                                      <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Wingdings 2" >gh</FONT></div> <div> Recycle bins are at township hall for the duration of the winter and are available all hours.  They will be moved back to the Tower Hill Compost Site mid-April.                              </div> <div>                                                      <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Wingdings 2" >gh</FONT></div> <div> Jeff McCullough, our Land Use Officer for 16 years has moved to Hawaii.
